About the Role
We are seeking an intermediate-level AI Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in artificial intelligence and machine learning, with experience in developing and deploying AI models. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing AI solutions that meet our business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement AI models and algorithms for various applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective AI solutions.
Optimize existing AI models for performance and scalability.
Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and frameworks.
Document development processes, code, and technical specifications.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in AI/ML development.

Experience with AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and data structures.
Familiarity with data preprocessing and data manipulation techniques.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Willingness to relocate to St. Johns for an onsite role.
